Founded on January 9, 2009 and located in Shenzhen, the company is currently in normal operation. Its legal representative is Zeng Huiqun, and we are a physical factory integrating customized paper packaging, printing and production processing.

Where is the factory located? Do you allow customers to conduct on-site factory inspections?
Our factory address is Room 201, Building 10, Jinpeng Industrial Zone, Xinxue Community, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Customers can make an appointment in advance to visit the production lines, sample warehouse and workshops on working days.

What packaging products does your company primarily manufacture?
We mainly produce customized color boxes, corrugated cartons, e-commerce shipping boxes, gift boxes, white boxes and kraft paper boxes. Our packaging covers electronic products, daily necessities, agricultural by-products, and full-range paper packaging customization is available.

Do you support logo printing, color printing, and special processes such as hot stamping and UV coating?
We provide CMYK four-color printing, spot color printing and custom logo printing. Auxiliary processes including lamination, hot stamping & silver stamping, UV coating, die-cutting, embossing and automatic gluing are available. Production will strictly follow clients’ design drafts.

What is the minimum order quantity for the product? Can I request a sample first to verify the quality?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for regular cartons and color boxes is 500 pieces. Existing stock samples are free of charge. A sampling fee will be charged for newly customized mould samples, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment later.

How can I get an accurate quote? What information needs to be submitted?
Please provide box dimensions, paper material, printing processes, order quantity and inner tray requirements. We will issue a formal detailed quotation within 1 to 2 working days.

What is the standard production lead time? Can rush orders be expedited?
Normal corrugated cartons take 3-5 working days; standard color boxes take 7-12 days; special-shaped gift boxes with complex processes take 12-18 days. Rush orders are accepted, and production schedule can be adjusted flexibly according to delivery deadlines.

How should goods damaged during transit be handled?
All goods pass quality inspection and reinforced packaging before delivery. You may refuse to sign for damaged packages before acceptance, and we will resend goods for free. If damage is found after receipt, please upload photos as proof within 24 hours, our team will verify and solve after-sales problems promptly.

What are the available payment methods? Can a VAT invoice be issued? What are the settlement rules?
Bank transfer (company to company) and other settlement methods are acceptable. We can issue VAT ordinary invoices and special VAT invoices. Standard payment term: 30% deposit paid in advance, full balance settled before shipment.

How are quality issues—such as color discrepancies or incorrect sizes—resolved after delivery?
Quality complaints can be raised within 7 working days after receiving goods. Defects caused by our production will be remade and delivered free of charge. A quantity error of ±2% is within the reasonable industry range, and excess quantity will be refunded at unit price.

Through what channels can we connect for business? Is long-term, stable cooperation possible?
Business consultation, quotation, account checking and after-sales support are available via phone, WeChat and email. For long-term partners, we provide direct factory supply and OEM customization, as well as one-stop packaging solutions.

Does the company hold full production qualifications? Is it capable of manufacturing food outer packaging?
Our company holds complete legal production qualifications. We are able to manufacture outer packaging for agricultural products and general food. Eco-friendly ink and food-contact compliant paper are adopted, and material test reports can be provided upon request.
