We select qualified original paper, checking its weight, thickness, hardness, and flatness. Damaged, damp, and inferior raw paper is discarded, and the paper is stored in a moisture-proof warehouse according to its type.

After the designer finalizes the design, we perform color matching, typesetting, and plate making, creating printing films, hot stamping plates, and embossing molds, and precisely calibrating printing parameters.

We use a fully automatic four-color printing press with environmentally friendly soybean ink, printing under constant temperature and pressure, controlling color saturation, reproducing the color tone of the design, and eliminating color differences.

According to customized requirements, we complete processes such as lamination, hot stamping, UV coating, embossing, texturing, and frosting to strengthen the paper surface texture and enhance the packaging's grade. 5. Die-cutting and Creasing: Professional die-cutting machines precisely cut and creasing according to customized sizes and patterns, ensuring accurate cutting of irregularly shaped boxes and special designs with smooth, burr-free edges.

Manual and automated gluing, folding, and assembly are combined. Gift boxes are fitted with magnetic closures, linings, straps, and other accessories for reinforced adhesion and reduced cracking.

Quality inspectors check each item for printing color differences, surface defects, adhesive gaps, and dimensional errors, removing damaged, dirty, and defective products.

Finished products are wiped clean, neatly categorized, wrapped in moisture-proof film, and packed in reinforced cardboard boxes for impact protection. Orders are labeled to distinguish them, and logistics are arranged for shipment.
